We are looking for a
RECHTSREFERENDAR/RECHTSREFERENDARIN
to work with us at FROEBEL Australia Ltd, Australian non-profit subsidiary of the Berlin based FROEBEL e.V., one of Germany's largest childcare providers with 100 childcare centres in Germany and 1,500 employees.

ABOUT YOU:
We are looking for someone to support our Sydney head office with regard to all legal affairs of the company (particularly employment law/workplace relations, children's services regulations) and administrative/organisational matters. Our work is pretty hands on as we work in a very small team, have started our business in Australia only months ago and operate on a relatively small budget.
We look for someone who is able to demonstrate successful completion of his/her 1st State Exam ("befriedigend" or better) but not a law nerd unable to think about practical solutions. Passion at work is as important to us as passion for life, creativity, cleverness, efficiency, independence and sense for details. Very good English language skills are essential.
