Who we are:

We provide consultancy services to our local and international corporate clients, predominantly in the area of commercial law. Our offices in the Baltic States (Vilnius, Riga, Tallinn) are closely integrated and have developed a particular focus in the fields of corporate/ M & A; insolvency & restructuring; IP / life sciences / pharmaceutical and real estate.
Requirements:
• good knowledge of legal methodology
• ability to combine both detailed legal analysis and business thinking in advisory activities
• good presentation and communication skills
• ability to work independently
• motivation to improve own knowledge and abilities continuously
• excellent English skills
The following would be assets:
• work experience in law offices or business enterprises
• additional language skills, in particular Russian, French and Scandinavian languages
• foreign experience in training or vocational activity Responsibilities:
• review and draft of legal documents, e.g. legal opinions, analyses and briefs
• legal research
• participation in the casework as appropriate
• preparation of presentations and publications
